An EA-for-a-Day service includes working at your offices in London (not a home office). Being onsite depends on availability and your specific requirements. We'll discuss this.  Essentially, the commute to your office and other client commitments need to be considered. Being candid, I may even suggest a temp as a better option for your needs, best try us out first! 

With prior notice and discussion, evening and weekend ad hoc support, say for example Board Meeting Minute Taking, is dependant on availability. Support on Saturdays and Sundays is limited, dependant on the project, open for discussion but not guaranteed.

Sadly, I don't make/take sales calls or cold calls nor handle switchboard calls. There are  brilliant UK-based phone answering companies who can help you. Otherwise, I  know a great Associate whose team specialises in call-handling that can be included in our agreed services package of work.

Even if you have a small team of Executive Assistants and PAs, that's fine as I confidently deliver talks to any number from 2 to 2000 professionals. As a degree-qualified business support professional with 30 years' cross-sector experiences, I evolved from an Office Junior to a commercially aware Business/Operations Manager, with a growth mindset.
